My role is to help prepare your home for the market and communicate with you while it’s up for sale. As Listing Coordinator, I'll take the measurements, photos and video to advertise your home to other REALTORS and the public, then produce an extensive "marketing book" specific to your property. I will also pull comparative listings (COMPS) of homes similar to yours so Linda can do a Market Analysis and gauge your listing price.

Once your listing is "up and running", I'll communicate frequently with other REALTORS to receive feedback on showings and price, address any concerns, and reiterate your home's best features. As your in-office communications link, I'm here daily to provide updates and track activity. In short, if it concerns you, it concerns me!
